Terms of Sales.

 

Product
 
We aim to display the item as clear and transparent as possible. However, the items may varies with their brand, shape and colours.
 
Delivery
 
We aim to deliver within 3-5 working days. The time of the delivery on the day is between 9am-5pm. Thus please ensure that someone is there to collect and sign for you. We may request for identification of the buyer. 
An email will be sent to you to inform of your delivery time slot.
 
If no one is around to collect on your behalf, then an email will be sent within 24 hours asking you to collect at our head office.
 
 
 
Items not delivered or not collected
 
When the order is not succesfully collected or delivered, the items will be held at our head office for the next 72 hours.
If not collected after 72 hours, a refund will be processed taking the consideration of administration fee at 25% and delivery charge; if applicable.
 
 
Return of items
 
We offer a 14 day cooling -off period. We will refund the amount of the bundle. We do not refund the delivery charge.
Clients will be responsible for the cost of returning the items.
We only accept return if the bundle or items are still in their original packaging. 
 
If the electrical items, develop a fault due to manufacturing defect after 3 months of purchase please get in touch with us at enquiries@unibundle.co.uk; quoting your order number.
 
 
Faulty items
 
If the item is faulty or damaged due to manufacturing defect, please get in touch with us at enquiries@unibundle.co.uk
Please quote your order number.
You will receive a replacement within 48 hours. If you are not happy with the replacement, then get in touch with us and we will refund the price of the item at a manufacturing price.
